Vantiva cobra bandwidth control?

I'm looking for any kind of bandwidth control option in the vantiva cobra to limit data usage per device to better manage the 500gb high speed cap but I've flipped through what seems like all the settings and can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. If you can help point me the right way or any other work arounds I would greatly appreciate it.

I am sorry but there is no option to set per device usage limits.

When you check the settings section, is there no option for "Data Usage"? I know the Inseego MiFi X Pro 5G has this option but it only lets you set a data alert limit, not set per device limits.
