Xbox one and nhl 21 high pings

in the last month or more on the xbox one playing nhl 21 we expereince lots o high pings and lots of player delay and guys feel heavy and slow very sluggish so i have ran a few tracert tests can anyone tell me if there is anything that will cause this issue on the test shown bellow thanks

Hey @lethalsniper!

 

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with NHL 21! I appreciate you posting the traceroute information though that's super helpful. Looks like the issue though is outside of the Rogers network so I would definitely reach out to the vendor's support to advise them of your experience as it does fall outside of the ISP actionable range of routing.

Is there a fix in the works ? It’s brutal playing online with nhl21 nothing but lag and high pings.. for a test a put my phone on hotspot with another provider and I wasn’t getting issues like I’m getting with Rogers

Hey @lethalsniper.

 

Based on the traceroutes provided there doesn't appear to be a visible issue within the Rogers network. We're unable to validate traceroute information provided from any other source than command prompt (ex:EA software). If you're able to identify latency that exceeds 100ms within the Rogers network we can escalate the concern for you however anything less than that we don't have any ability to action it.

@RogersAndy  @RogersCorey @CommunityHelps  these tests done this morning .. last night very high latency and slow up and down speeds and still no answers on why this is starting to get annoying can someone please acknowledge this has you see there is something going on from test below
