I am having the same problem as you. Ever since switching to the Rogers Ignite 100 i can't seem to stay connected to xbox live games anymore. Every EA games disconnects me from their servers after a game and my brother cant seem to play 2 consecutive COD AW games without getting kicked. Is this a Rogers Hitron router issue or what?
It seems this new CGN3ACSMR modem is causing problems for gaming. I get errors for the game League of Legends on the PC. This only started occuring after I changed to the new modem.
Hellp in the last couple of months I have not been able to play online games due to high packet loss and latency issues..Im using a ethernet connection,had a tech visit my house and checked everything and swapped modem and still having issues please help

clearly rogers isn't helping! There's something that's messes up and rogers and microsoft do not seem to communicate to try and resolve the issue. i have had this issue on and off for months and i can't it fixed. Switch to bell...their routers/modems seem to work much better with xbox live and gaming. it's sad that in this day and age paying as much as we do for internet in canada we cannot get a reliable provider...
