I have a Samsung A54 cellphone and it drops the Roger's wifi in my basement but my Roger's receiver also in my basement doesn't lose wifi signal. No other devices disconnect either. Just the one cellphone. I checked connected devices and see all my devices are using 5ghz. EXCEPT the A54 cellphone is 2.4ghz. How do I change this and would it resolve the issue?

Hello, I read on Samsung's forums that someone resolved the same issue by doing this:
Settings -> About phone -> Software information -> Google Play system update.

Thanks. I did try that. No resolve. I did not notice on the Roger Wi-Fi app that the phone was using 2.4ghz. I went into the phone connection settings and selected Intelleigent Wi-Fi where I turned ON "Switch to a better Wi-Fi network".

Did that work?
