+1 Couldn’t agree more. Those non-senior techs are terrible. They always seem to leave things in a worse state and always make a mess of the wiring at my electrical panel. I had to watch the last tech that came here very closely. It’s something a homeowner should not have to worry about. Rogers should really reconsider their contractors. Bell isn’t perfect, but you know what? I’ve witnessed their normal techs several times (family and friends who use Bell service) and wow...what a difference. They’re so much more professional and courteous than the techs Rogers uses.
