What kind of DC power adaptor do I need for the TG4482 cable modem?

I got a new uninterrupted power supply with DC5521 and DC5525 power cables but neither of them fit into the TG4482 cable modem. What kind of power adaptor do I need for this thing?

@AlanEz the modem should have arrived with its own power brick or power cable.  I don't remember which modem the TG4882 is, but, for comparison's sake, here are Rogers current modems:

If the modem arrived without a power brick, or a power cable, call tech support and arrange for a field tech to drop one off, or for them to courier the appropriate brick or power cable to you. 

Does the UPS have normal sockets for uninterrupted supply and voltage protected sockets, which is a normal configuration for a UPS.  If so, then the modem's power brick or cable would be plugged into the uninterrupted sockets of the UPS.   I'm just wondering if you bought a UPS that I've never seen before?

Edit:  If my internet sleuthing is correct, here is an example of the EPS6 power brick for the XB7 and XB8 modems.  I believe that you have the XB7 modem:

I don't think that you'll find an EPS6 power adapter anywhere.  So, a call to Rogers is in order.

This uninterruptable power supply only has DC5521 outlets and USB outlets.
It does not have any AC outlets at all.
So once I can get the right connector, I won't need the AC adaptor that came with the cable modem anymore.

I see from that amazon link that it is a "5.5x3mm+Pin Connector ". So I need an adaptor from that to a USB or DC5521. Is there a DC55XY value for this kind of connector?

Ok, it looks like the DC5521 is a 5.5mm x 2.1mm connector. According to the Amazon page, the EPS6 has a 5.5x3mm +Pin Connector. The output is 12v @ 4.6 amps

What UPS did you buy, out of curiosity's sake?

Can you expand on the "DC55XY value" term?  Not familiar with "DC55XY".

I'm looking around for an adapter of some type, so far no luck.

Looking at the Amazon page, it looks like the USB ports are only 5V.  that won't work with the modem.

Edit:  @AlanEz looking at the AliExpress page for the same model, the TalentCell SL3400 (I'm assuming its the same one) the second photo is marked with 12V 1amp ports for the four 12V ports.

For some reason, I can't seem to hold onto that image page.  Could be that my router is blocking some components of that page.  

In any event, if this is the same model that you have, 12V at 1 amp won't be sufficient for the modem.

The version I got is upgraded and not exactly the same as the one in the pic - it has a USB-C port as well as a USB port. But I will avoid USB anyway.

Looking at the Amazon page that you posted, the second photo also shows the four 12V ports rated for 1 amp. Still not sufficient for the modem.

I have an upgraded version with 4A Max output on the DC 5521 outlets. But then I can't use the other 3 DC 12v outlets at the same time.
But it doesn't say how many amps for the USB ports. It does say 18W max for the USB-C.

@AlanEz might an adapter like this work, to bridge the power supply to the modem?

Have a look at the inside tip of the power plug for the modem, just to check it out.

Food for thought, while we're on the subject of back up power supplies, there have been complaints in the not too distant past of no internet service when the power goes out in a neighbourhood.  Even though the customer is running a UPS or back up power there might not be any internet service.  That is due to the backup power supply at the neighbourhood node, which is either in poor or unserviceable condition, or possibly stolen.  Either way, no internet service for the neighbourhood.  So, you might be going thru a lot of trouble for no gain.  It depends on your recent knowledge of the neighbourhood node status when the power goes out for your neighbourhood.

No Cigar is correct. I can't power both my wifi and my cable modem at the same time. I sent it back and ordered one with AC outlets.

The XB7, also referred to as the Rogers Xfinity Gateway modem (Gen 2), uses an external power supply with input voltage (nominal) 115V AC, 60 Hz and output voltage 12V DC to XB7.
