basically have weak signal strength in my condo...

@MichaelJBull777 call tech support and ask the CSR to run a signal check on your modem. That should fail automatically, leading to a conversation to have a tech visit your home at your convenience.

If you are in a Condo, they might be a foward attenuator on the line used to to decrease the signal strength. A tech should be able to identify the issue and replace the attenuator on your line to improve the signal.
One suggestion is to make sure that when the tech visits, that they can access the telecom room where all the wiring is. If they cannot, they won't be able to do anything to help you. You can contact your Super in the building to find out what the process is.
