There are a ton of problems in Toronto. The problem might be on Rogers' end yet again, this would be the 34th time within these 2 years that I've lost seriously long periods of service. Another day of stress wasted due to Rogers being responsible.
This has been one of the worst and most stressful tech days in a long time, and the fact that Rogers is responsible makes me even more depressed at myself. Waiting a total of around 2 hours ON HOLD when they could've said "there are issues in Toronto, don't worry" - not acceptable. Will be making a report for Rogers when I tell them I'm leaving their service.
