Unstable High packet loss for the past week.

I've been around

For the past week my connection keeps dropping - You can easily see the mess in the monitoring graph. My neighbours have the exact same issues. Support is not helping at all. Is this the new norm?

If the neighbor is having the same issues, then likely it something more on the street / at the local node.

Its a pain in the rear, but you need to continually call in and complain.
As well get any neighbor with the same issue to do the same.

With repeated calls, from repeated people, will press the issue.
