The dreaded your license key has expired message

After talking to at least 8 different technical support persons from Rogers who claimed to have fixed the problem and didn't, I figured it out myself. Basic protection takes a long time to load. If you get the message it just means you have to wait longer for it to disappear. At least that is what happens with my computer.

Re: The dreaded your license key has expired message

i am guessing.. you are talking about the rogers antivirus program?

All in all... personally?
Un-install it.. and use another product.

While it works OK.. over time has proven to run into issues like these which are a hassle, etc.

There are MANY other free programs out there, which do a much better job as well.
(microsoft security essentials, for example)

The rogers antivirus, has been flakey, well pretty much all the time.

There are countless people who have had the same issues off and on over the years..

All in all.. as i said in the thread above..
There are other FREE antivirus programs, which do a BETTER job anyways than the rogers one.

Avg Free antivirus, or Avast, or whatever works best for the individual person!   Have a great day!Smiley Happy
