Why does the sound for the World Cup feed keep cutting out

The announcers for the Soccer matches are always really entertaining so I can understand how annoying it must be having the sound cut out on you all the time during the big game.

TSN direct is an independent service from your Rogers Cable Subscription so you would need to reach out to TSN directly to inquire what could be causing the sound to cut out. According to their website, you can contact them via phone at 1-833-TSN-HELP (876-4357) or sending an email to help@tsn.ca.
