With the VPN (Nord) connected, my e-mail client (Thunderbird) is now stating the Pop Mail server is refusing the connection when trying to retrieve new messages. This never happened before until the last couple of days. I even have split tunnelling set up for the e-mail client so as not to go through the VPN but it does not seem to be working.
When I kill the VPN app and use my normal connection my e-mail client can connect with no issues.
Nothing on my machine has changed recently so this leads me to believe there's something with the VPN or Rogers communication has made some sort of change that caused this.
Having to pause or kill the VPN app each time I want to check or send messages is a real pain
Anyone having the same issues?

Hi @Homewrecker,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post! We appreciate the detailed information you have provided regarding the issue you are experiencing. If once the VPN is disconnected, you can connect to your mail client than we would suggest contacting your workplace’s IT support team or VPN provider to see if there are any issues or restrictions that may have been recently out in place.
Regards,
RogersJermaine
