Service Interruption - Scarborough, ON?

There is no internet in scarborough, 2225 eglinton ave east. Last two days internet is down at times.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with connectivity to your internet service. Would you mind providing us a bit more information on what you're experiencing? Can you confirm the following for us?

 

  • Have you attempted to reboot the modem?
  • What is the current light pattern on your modem?
  • Are you able to browse with a wired connection to the modem?
  • Are you using your own router in the home? Or just the Rogers modem?
  • Have you spoken with support yet to have your issue addressed?
  • Have there been any changes made in the home to your service?

There is no service in 75 Bamburgh Circle as well. The internet services are down since 10 hours odd. Is there an ETA for fixing the same?
