You mentioned the 5G light on your modem was out, but this alone doesn't give us an idea of the issue at hand. Can you confirm the following for us?

• Have you attempted to reboot the modem?
• Is the @ light on your modem solid green?
• Are you able to browse with a wired connection to the modem?
• Are you using your own router in the home? Or just the Rogers modem?
• Have you spoken with support yet to have your issue addressed?
• Have there been any changes made in the home to your service?

I got a resolution through on call technician, but it was a long wait for 8 hours
