Security Video not working on web browser

I just had Security Video installed but it's not working on any browser: Chrome, firefox, safari.

Has anyone experienced this and how do you correct to view properly?

  • Are you a Rogers Smart Home Monitoring subscriber?
  • If no, can you confirm who your service provider is or what equipment you are using?
  • What is happening when you try to view the video feed, do you get an error message of any kind?
