A warm welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your first post!
Service interruptions can be quite painful to deal with as we all depend on our internet services for many different things! 😌
By any chance, has your service been restored? We are not seeing any reported issues for the GTA at this present time. Please remember that you can check our Rogers Service Interruptions board found HERE at any time to confirm any ongoing outages.
If either of you is still experiencing issues with accessing your home internet service, please feel free to Private Message us @CommunityHelps so we may look into this for you. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please CLICK HERE.
Just North of Pickering, been out of service since noon Nov 2, 2019. I have Rogers Ignite. It seems obvious that Rogers has no hardware redundancy at their Data Centres cause if they did then we’d be up and running. Maybe someone cut some fibre wires. Non the leas it’s a problem and heads should roll on Monday if I was in charge. What a shame. l’ll be looking into Bell’s prices. I’m fed up with the same old excuses. I will be calling in for a rebate too for the loss of services today.

I'm all the way up at Keele and Steeles, and the internet has been mostly out all afternoon. It goes out, comes back, for a while, goes out again, comes back, goes out and for now is back, and it's 7:!2 p.m.
