My wife and I moved to an area that is not serviced by Rogers. Therefore we had to set up 2 email accounts on a friend’s Rogers account. She recently had her account reset and it cancelled our 2 accounts. She is willing to get us back on her accounts but we need help.

You would need to have the account holder reach out to us to confirm the email address transfer. Please have them reach out it our support team and we can get the email address transferred to the new account.
