I have a ZTE MF680 USB Modem (Rocket mobile stick) that does not work with my Asus Chromebook C302CA.
Is there a workaround or a fix for this? My hope is to utilize the internet connection of the mobile stick.
The software does not load when the stick is inserted. The Chromebook recognizes the stick and attempts to connect, but is unsuccessful.
Thank you

Good afternoon @marathongirl1!
Welcome to our Community!
I know Chromebooks are increasing in popularity but this Rocket Stick is only compatible with Windows and Mac OSX.

Interesting as I have a stick for my Chromebook and no problems to speak of.There has been a few times when it has taken longer than usual to connect. These is nothing to load, just plug it in and you are online in a few seconds, lol, sometimes it takes a minute or two depending on where you are at the time.
Take your stick and Chromebook to a Rogers store and they will take care of it.
Your sim card may not be in properly.

Hello @jwayne,
Thanks for posting!
Which model Chromebook do you have? I have an old Acer Chromebook kicking around, it'd be great to know I can stay connected on the go!
