I have a storm ready Internet. It does not perform as advertised by your sales team. I would like to return the equipment and terminate the additional payments on my bill.

You cant do it unfortunately.
Generally, I would think that you would have to call into them to cancel it, and they will send you a return box and shipping label.
You MIGHT be able to do it by private messaging @CommunityHelps here
Care to share WHAT is not working on it? Just so it may help others on deciding on if its worth it or not to get.
