Provisioning Issue

I've been here awhile

I had to get a new router and I've gone almost 48 hours without internet. I am completely fed up with the service at this point, is there anything I can do?  Never had any of these issues with Rogers but now I am considering just giving up and setting up service with a different company.

5 days is a long time to wait without Internet service considering how connected we are as individuals now. It is entirely possible there was a confluence of issues that coincidentally hit your account and area all at once. I can provide clarity for you as to what's actually happening here and check into the status of your escalations.
