I have been rogers since last six years. Lst 2 months they have charged me 115 dollars for internet service which was below compitators capability. When i have asked for bill adjustment poor rogers said we do not do it. What a pathatic experince and main thing is no value. Stay away beaware and go with other compitator who atleast understand and listen customer.
In a situation where you're not receiving the speeds you're subscribed to; we would want to troubleshoot to see if we can resolve the issue remotely.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we would escalate a ticket or send a tech out to investigate further.
Would you mind posting the results of a speedtest from www.speedtest.net here? If you could also let us know what package you're subscribed to, that would be most helpful.
