Despite the fact that I've posted PAGES of ping graphs showing the issue, Rogers today performed a 50 ping test to my connection and deemed the issue as "Customer specific" and closed my ticket. I'm at my wits end, and can't believe anyone with a network certification so naive to think that a 50 ping sample trumps a MONTHS worth of ping logs showing otherwise.
It's unfortunate to see that Rogers new emphasis on customer service seems to amount to no more than lipstick on a pigs behind.
Honestly, I'm not even sure why I stuck around to help Rogers find the issue - I should have just jumped ship as soon as it happened, but instead I thought that if I collected enough data and proof they could locate the issue.
