I had changed three modems(Hitron, CGN3ROG Router), and the problem was same.
I am exhausted about the Internet now.

Thank you for posting your concern in the Community; the intermittent Internet service can surely be inconvenient.
I appreciate posting the Downstream and Upstream table, do you only see three channels for the Downstream? The CGN3 modem should have 24 channels for Downstream.
When the Internet drops, do you notice the modem rebooting? Or the modem appears to be connected however the devices loses the Internet?
