Invalid Certificate on CODA-4582U admin site

I've been here awhile

I noticed that when accessing my 4582U admin site the certificate now shows invalid.  It is issued to "Test Server Cert" by "OpenSSL Test Intermediate CA".  There is no certification path.  While I think that there's very little risk here it's a very bad look to enter admin credentials on a site with an invalid cert.  Rogers T2 support says that since there's no "Security" issue they won't accept the escalation.  Any ideas on how to bring this configuration to a better place?

I plan to stick around

That is because you are accessing it from a local IP over HTTPS there is no way to create a valid cert for that so the modem creates a self signed cert, there is no security risk to this on your local network
