All I get is a orange off and on when I know it is suppose to be green. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it in but it does not work, either that or my internet is turned off. What to do?

You can try factory resetting the modem by sticking a pin in the back but other than that, I would say its some error on rogers end, in which case you will need to call in. What modem is it and is there more than one light?
