Im amazed by how bad the customer service has been. Im a man of great patience, and it has taken me 4 days of dealing with technical support before I decided to post here. I have lost cable internet connectivity for 4 days - yes 4 days! - not an exaggeration. All I get from the agents is that it has been escalated and they will fix it. BAsically I have had 0 support. How do you run your business like this?
