@kalika2 :  Both links in post 49 work fine for me.  Perhaps your browser settings are preventing the links from working properly.  Here's a post on that topic:

I meant the link in a prior post (not 49) that take you to your usage and show it.  The problem is I'm unable to track my usage daily on the rogers site as I've been doing for years so I have no idea how much usage I have left for the month.

I go to the Rogers home page and click the Signin button, thereby signing in to "MyRogers".

No problems for me there. Again, make sure your browser is working properly as per the link in my previous post.  You need to have pop-ups enabled, etc.  Are you able to login to MyRogers and see your bills, etc?  If so, what happens when you click on the Internet option?  Sometimes when I click on that I'm taken to these forums instead. What I do when that happens is click the back button and try again. It then takes me to my Internet usage.  Another option is to exit your browser session and start with a new session.
