We have no service for the past 4 weeks in Aurora on Machell Ave. This is affecting 45 homes. Technicians have come and swapped modems and updated lines but clearly this is a wider issue. Technicians are not escalating to the right level of support. How can we escalate this to the highest officials at Rogers?
