IP Location Incorrect - Blacking Out Wrong Regional Content

I live in Ottawa and sports games that are ‘blacked out in the Toronto region’ are being blacked out for me.  My IP seems to be indicating that I am in Toronto when I am actually physically in Ottawa.  Can you white list my IP address so that I can receive the correct programming?
