I changed the password on my coRouter and I can't fir the life of me remember what I changed it to. I need to do a factory reset to erase the password and I am able to access my router settings once again.

You've definitely come to the right place! Please check out our How to Restart or Reset the Ignite WiFi Gateway Modem for step by step instructions on how to complete a factory reset. Just as an FYI, you would need to set up the modem again after a factory reset.
