Hello Community,
We are currently offering our users an exclusive opportunity to participate in an upcoming trial of the new firmware for our Rocket Wi-Fi Modem (CGN3ACR, CGN3AMR and CGN3ACSMR) and Rocket Gigabit Wi-Fi Modem (CGN3552 and CODA-4582). For details of this program, please see this thread.
This thread will be used for feedback regarding the firmware. We've invited @RogersSergio, @RogersSyd & @RogersBob from our Networking team to participate in this thread. Your feedback is very valuable and will be used to enhance the firmware before it is released publicly.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support.

A rollback to 34T6 oh no, what a disaster 😞

Hi Everybody,
It looks like ~1/3 of upgrades were rolled back . This appears to be in error but we're looking into it now and will provide an update/explanation as soon as we have one.
Sorry for the confusion we're looking to get everybody on 36T4 ASAP

Received 2.0.10.36T4 at 5:00AM today. Speed improved from last week.....but still far below Gb speeds we had 3 months ago and had for last 15 months. Upload speeds are good but Down Loads are still a far cry. Something is still awry here. It's frustrating when we cannot get any answers as to whether it's an area problem, CMTS issue, Line-X/Amplifier, Modem Software or something else.....We just like to be informed.

I got updated to 2.0.10.36T4 last night then rolled back an hour later to 2.0.10.34T6 as well

Mystery solved.
The firmware push to our community forum participants conflicted with nightly cleanup activities that happen across the network.
The modems that were downgraded were treated as GA and downgraded back to the production firmware (34T6). We should have this fixed in a few minutes and we're going to look at how we can prevent this moving forward.

Thank you for the update. I have a super long weekend and have been off the last two days and I just happen to be up late last night when all of this happened. I was wondering what was going on lol.

Here is a screenshot of mine.
I ran this test while I was streaming twitch and had multiple tab opens as well as a VM ( work tools).
And still got this amazing result on the new firmware, I am quite impressed.
