Re: Degradation in upload speed

In London, only managing to get 8.5mbps upload today, tests taken at 3:20pm. It was totally fine yesterday for the whole day, not sure why it's half of what it was yesterday now.

Edit: next test immediately after I get 13mbps up. So...who knows lol.

Edit2: seems like it went down again...6.8mbps up.

Re: Degradation in upload speed

Mine were also fine yesterday (30up) but now have gone back down to 11up with 4% packet loss...

Re: Degradation in upload speed

In Barrie and all was good all day as well yesterday with no issues. Just ran a test now and I can say a solid connection with speeds returned to normal. 200 Mbps down and 16.9 up. I wonder if they are still working through this issue in certain areas?

Re: Degradation in upload speed

In London, looks like back to normal.  Speed back to 500+/20 although using Rogers test site http://speedcheck.rogers.com/en.html  kept showing 300/20 the past day.  Using http://www.speedtest.net/?a=1

was always normal or near.  Rogers site now normal too.  Got a recorded message from Rogers stating it's fixed, apologizing and stating a $10 credit was applied to my account.  Must have been a major issue.

Re: Degradation in upload speed

Last night everything seemed fine.  Both down, and up was fine during a time when  normally slow.
590/22ish

Seems pretty good right now.  Not perfect, but 497/19

Re: Degradation in upload speed

210 Down and 16.62 up @9:27 PM in Barrie. I noticed Rogers called here today but didn't leave a message. I'm wondering if indeed the problem has been resolved or if they were looking for more info?

Re: Degradation in upload speed

Well, it would appear the problem has been resolved here in Barrie. Upload speeds have returned back to normal and download is solid. It has been 48 hours with no issues. Good luck to all that still may be having a problem. Cheers!

Re: Degradation in upload speed

For me the upload speed is resolved but download speed is not resolved.

Re: Degradation in upload speed

London here. Service is still sub-par. getting half my upload speed at 8mbps. Also getting random disconnects today, which is new.  3 weeks so far of bad internet, and it only seems to be getting slightly better, but still not good.
