Now we can switch internet provider back to Rogers.
No, first I need to test the access through cell network... I am sure it will be fine.

We haven't heard of any access issues in a long time, as you can see the last update on this thread was from 2015. I was able to access the website on IE as well as Chrome. May I know what browser are you using and if you've tried to access the link via multiple browsers? You may also want to check and see if you can access the website from your mobile device.
