It's all computers on my home network.
All other websites appear fine.
It only works when I'm connected to my employer's VPN.
I'm in Brampton, ON.
I know it redirects, and that's when it times out.
For testing purpose, would you please bypass your router and plug in your computer directly to the modem and try accessing the website?
Also, can you try opening the website with its IP address: 126.96.36.199, you just need to enter the IP address in the address bar and hit enter.
Please update the Community with the outcome.
I tried directly connected to the modem and typed in the IP address as suggested and am having the same problem.
NOTE - I also VPN into my workplace and can gain access to the website that way.
All other websites are fine.

Doesn't work connected directly to modem.
Doesn't work when trying the IP address.
Doesn't work on any of 4 PC's in my house. (2 Win 7 SP1, 2 XP SP3)
Doesn't work with different DNS providers.(Rogers, Google, OpenDNS)

I am in Brampton (Peel Village).
(I'm just trying to load the deals on my Shoppers' Optimum card.)
Thank you for all the troubleshooting completed for the resolution. I would like to help, I am going
to PM (Private Message) through CommunityHelps, please keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right of the forums page.
Apparently we are having the same issue. I lost my original Optimum card and got a new one and would like to amalgamate all my points onto the new card, but I can't connect to the website. I too live in Brampton (Castlemore).
I've tried all of the same tests and nothing seems to work. My husband thinks it might be a bad gateway out to Brampton since VPN works and its a completely different gateway. Who knows?
Since only you seem to get a response on this forum, I would truly appreciate it if you could share any resolution to this issue that you might get.
Keeping my fingers crossed...
I am in Brampton and I have the same problem too. I have tried all suggestions listed in this thread.
