Any chance Rogers starts using a new modem/router or the CGN3 gets new firmware soon?

Re: Any chance Rogers starts using a new modem/router or the CGN3 gets new formware soon?

The downstream signal levels and signal to noise ratios aren't too bad.  The signal levels are down slightly, but that won't be a problem.  Your upstream levels are still within spec, but they are a high.  The signal levels on the downstream are normally 0 dBmV + / - 15 dBmV with a signal to noise ratio in the 36 to 40 dB range.  On the upstream, usually you should see 36 to 40 dBmV with a maximum of 51 dBmV for three channel operations.  You shouldn't be having cable problems at this point with the signal levels where they are.  Are you still seeing disconnects?  And are those disconnects on a wired or wireless connection?

Several disconnects tonight. Starting to wonder if my modem is faulty or something.
