Setting up your Ignite Gateway for the first time or want to manage your home network?  Learn how to easily access Ignite Home Connect_TM available to all Ignite Gateway customers.

Not sure if this is your modem? Check under “Internet” on your MyRogers account.

Getting Started

1. You’ll need a mobile device with a supported operating system

• iOS 14 or later
• Android 7.0 or later

2. Make sure you’re registered for MyRogers to Sign in.

• Haven’t registered yet? You can do so here.
• Registered but forgot your username or password? Reset your credentials here.

3. Download the Ignite HomeConnect App from the Google Play or App Store and sign in using your MyRogers username and password.
