We have a Shaw Fibre+ Gateway 2.0 (XB7) and the associated wifi pods. We are now part of Rogers on their Xfinity network. I have not been able to connect to Winows 11 update since early Feb 2025. My parents who just purchased a new Rogers Xfinity modem are experiencing the same problem. The updates only work when hard wired to the modem via Ethernet. Anyone else had this issue?

I understand that this coincidentally feels like it may be related to our services but there is nothing on our network that should be blocking updates such as this.
Have you tried connecting with Microsoft support for help with their Windows OS updates as of yet? Personally, I wouldn't suggest doing any critical software updates over WiFi because the potential for data corruption is higher. A wired connection is more reliable for this purpose.
