Pre-existing Acorn tv subscription

I already have an Acorn tv subscription.  I cannot find a way of logging in to my Acorn TV account in Ignite.  The app just wants me to subscribe through Rogers.  Can I not use the built-in app instead of casting from my iPad?   **Labels Added**

Sound issues started again, at 6 am in Guelph.

"Apple TV+offer" error message

I'm trying to redeem my Apple TV+ 3 months free offer (given to me when I switched to ROGERS).  But I always get an error when I follow ROGERS instruction to say "Apple TV+ offer" into the voice remote.  Pic or error below.  Any ideas how to fix?

Resolved! Set Favourites as Default List in Ignite TV Guide

Is there any way to permanently have "favorites" appear when I click "guide" on my remote? It always reverts back to showing all the channels so it takes a number of clicks to get back to favs.    tnks     **Labels Added**
