XB7 Gen 2 WiFi 6 Issue

I can't seem to enable wifi 6 in the app. This issue is persistent on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. For example, every time I choose the option for "ac, ax", I get "wifi settings changed, this will take a few minutes to apple. But I wait and wait to nothing happening.

Does anyone else experience this? I might just set it in bridged mode and get a secondary high end router 😕

This is a peculiar issue that you've brought forth. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties enabling WiFi 6.

Have you attempted to factory reset the modem since you first noticed this issue? I would recommend that as your next troubleshooting step if you haven't.
