I think the term anywhere, is being referenced to that you can access it OUTSIDE your house. Your not tied to just the house to watch.
While I agree, that its a very broad term, and maybe should be described differently..
Its not like this is different than ANY other service though. (I guess they dont use that wording though). Bell, you would run into the same thing. Canadian netflix even, the same thing. It has ALL to do with licensing. That rogers pays the licensing rights to X show, etc, for you to be able to access that in Canada. Someone else owns those rights in the US. So rogers doent have the rights to 'stream' them to someone in the US (even if they are a Canadian, who paid for it in Canada).
