I received a weird bill email today that said I changed my phone number. 2 emails about it. Different account number than my own as well. Only can see the last 4 digits.
But the other info on the review of my services on the bill is correct. Matches my services.
I went into MyRogers to view my services and I cannot view them any longer. They are listed in MyRogers but if I click on Internet , TV or Phone, it just recycles the screen and send me to the home page.
On hold waiting to speak to someone at Rogers.
I think Rogers system is all messed up.
