Unknown account number attached to my email

I've Been Around
So I have a weird account number attached to my email. Seems like a mistake on rigers end.

changes they make affects my television service but I am only billed for my own service... very odd.

Got an email today from the wrong account # which says I added Crave... Happened 6 months ago when I didnt authorize cbc news to be added.

I am very confused. I dont know the full account number because the emails only show the last 4 digits

I received a weird bill email today that said I changed my phone number.  2 emails about it.  Different account number than my own as well.  Only can see the last 4 digits.  

But the other info on the review of my services on the bill is correct.  Matches my services.

I went into MyRogers to view my services and I cannot view them any longer.  They are listed in MyRogers but if I click on Internet , TV or Phone, it just recycles the screen and send me to the home page.

On hold waiting to speak to someone at Rogers.

I think Rogers system is all messed up.
