Unable to pick Flex Channels... This is Nuts!!

I've been around

New to ignite etc. Way too much work/time/frustration!!!!
Can't even find a channel list to pick 20channels or whatever the . I’m to get for $145/mth.
Could this be any more of a huge time investment. Rogers dropped the ball with this chaos
