The Light on my Rogers Ignite TV set top box is always off after adjusting it to 2 of 3 Intensity!

Ever since i adjusted the light on my rogers ignite TV set top box it is now always off! I adjusted it to number 2 of 3 in intensity but it is now always off!

This is caused by a software bug, not a hardware problem.  I reported it to Rogers last year but (obviously) this glitch has not been fixed yet.  It triggers when you go into Settings, cycle through the different LED intensity levels but decide to keep the existing setting.  I do not know of any way that a normal user can reset this.
