Week ago switched over to Rogers from Bell due to a better deal.
I have called in at least 3 times to get help with my TV picture and sound pausing, especially on sports channels and CNN.
Last they said it was a community it was a community issue and looking into it and created an issue ticket and would be notified by text.
As of yet have not seen a text and the issue still exists! There are only a certain number of days (15) to cancel and go back to Bell where I didn't have these issues. Hope the deal here is not to stall to ensure I stay a customer.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues so early in your tenure with us. I'd like to take a look into this existing ticket to find out what's happening.
