Purchased Rogers ignite internet package couple of months back. Since then very disappointed with overall service. Internet keeps dropping, after restarting white light turns red in 2-3 mins and connectivity lost. In last 2 months restarted almost 15 times. Chat support keep sending tech but same thing. They talk about 450mbps etc etc. To be honest i was happy with competitor using 100mbps on fibre optic.
