Rogers Ignite TV stopped recording

So we just got Rogers ignite at the end of September. Everything. Was great, recording shows with no issue but now all the sudden it says it’s recording but there’s a little red circle with a line through it. Now none of my shows are recording and when I try to override it it still won’t work.

I have pictures but I have no idea how to add them.

I had sane issue. Had recordings set it would then set them as skipped, red line through circle. I would then reset them,  next day they are again set to skip. Painful.

But it was not all of the recordings.


Call support. They have to do something at their end to reset the issue. Not sure what they did.
