Hello, @seadooxp30.
Thank you for sharing your modem's firmware update with the Community. It should be running 3.4p7s2 firmware version. If I remember correctly you have an ASUS router as well in your network; have you rebooted it?
If you continue to experience freezing, please try power cycling the modem and the router.
Community - keep us posted if you observe any anomalies with the firmware update.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

Hello, @darkneo29.
It's a good practice to make sure the devices are running up to date software. There is no option to force an update on XB6 gateway modems. When there is a firmware update available, the rollout is done in stages.
Currently, the 3.4 update is only available to Arris TG3482G modems. You can check the product sticker on the modem; you may have the Technicolor CGM4140COM modem.
Feel free to start a new message if you have other questions.
Cheers,
RogersMoin
