No RDS?

I switched to Ignite TV only because RDS was listed as an exchangeable channel in the “Popular” package ( as is RDS Info). Low and behold, only RDS Info is there in my screen, but both listed in the package description. What gives?

I would send a Private Message to the @CommunityHelps  team to see if they can exchange that Flex Channel for you.  If Rogers has removed RDS from Popular, please post that information to https://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/Ignite-TV/Changes-to-Ignite-TV-Channels-in-Packages-and-Theme-...
