I just had ignite 1G and ignite tv installed yesterday. both work just fine but when I arranged the services I was told I was getting flex 5 but i got the basic starter setup without even US networks. I've called to sort it out but so far I've been left on hold for about 2 hours after being transferred to rogers svc line after calling and talking to first level help. Any suggestions on who to contact to get this fixed?
EDIT:
problem sorted. I finally got through and just paid a few extra dollars to get the channels I really wanted added to my lineup.
