This should be a pretty simple connection.
HDMI from Ignite box to Pioneer input (probably CBL/SAT)
HDMI from Pioneer output to TV HDMI input.
Make sure the Pioneer is set to the proper input that matches where you inserted the Ignite output, and that should be it.
Can you be more specific as to what the issue is? What changed from the previous configuration?
